Method of Revision?

Most of my friends are curious about it.

You might wonder what makes them curious about it.

Well, you will know if you continue to read :)

I was known as Sleeping Beauty in my secondary school days

but I thank God for my results.

Form 1 to Form 3

I ignored most of my teachers.

Even though, I hardly pay attention in class but

I was able to do my monthly test well.

My best friend was surprised.

We had slight difference in our marks.

I really thank God for my PMR result.
(neither A nor D)

Moving on to Form 4 and Form 5
My sleeping habit in class has not changed.

I totally can't get myself into Science stream.

I dislike Science since primary school days.
How did you study that subject? Good question!
To cut the long story short, I attended tuition and put effort in it.

Science books were blessed by someone.
I tore out the provided answer and copy to the questions.
I used the books to do exercise.

All these years, I scored C but I got B for Science in SPM.

 I was offered to enter Form 6.

I didn't attend any tuition due to long hours of schooling.

In my final year, I had to rush 3 assignments.
I hardly study Accounts due to hectic time.
Again, to cut the long story short.

A few hours before entering the exam hall,

I was asking God which topic is coming out for exam?

It so happened that Aaron passed me some of his notes.

I was not familiar with it.

At least, I had a chance to glance through it.

I smiled when I noticed my prayer has been answered.

There are many different ways of doing revision.
Everyone has their own way.
I would like to share my method of doing revision.

DO's ::
Make your own short notes.
Read out loud again and again.
Have a comfortable place for revision
Have some sweets or chocolates
Go through all the past year papers.
Find a suitable time to do revision. (Eg. Midnight or Early Morning)
Memorize important key words.
Pay attention in class.
Study before being taught.
Pray before start.
Teach your friends.
Have a short break.


DON'Ts ::
Over stress yourself.
Lie on the bed to read notes.
Avoid subjects you hate.
Turn on the TV.
Leave it until last minute.
Surround yourself with distractions.
Turn into a revision zombie.
Waste time making your notes super pretty.
Miss out on sleep.
