In my previous post,
I mentioned that all S.Y.Mers were busy preparing for
Sarawak Mission Trip and S.Y.M Graduation.
8 of us went for mission trip.
All I would say that we had lots of fun and great experiences.
From the airport to Lubok Antu, Seri Aman
was about 5 hours of journey.
To keep the story short and nice, I will share with you through pictures.
The next day, we were supposed to prepare for Youth Camp
(2 days 2 nights).
For each session, we had Ice Breaking Games,
Praise & Worship, Testimonies and Word.
Sunday Service was at Harvest Baptist Chapel.
We had Children Ministry with the children.

Mee Dawai is also known as Mee Kolok.
Learning and practicing Iban songs.
Loading things into the long boat.
1.5 hours of journey to Sepaya Longhouse
:D
The only 'selfie' I managed to take throughout the journey.
Sepaya Longhouse has 51 families :)
Face of expression when I was assigned to take out

Second night of Children Ministry.
The next day, after breakfast we headed back to church.
After dinner, we visited one of the long house in the village.
We shared bible story to the children while the adults
listened to the word and testimonies.
The villagers prepared some foods
(groundnuts, "kacang kuda", fried bee hoon, pulut) and drinks.
I was playing with the children while
others were having fellowship with the villagers.

Workshop sessions with the youths.
Taking pictures with the youths after the camp :)
We impacted good stuffs to the youths.
Doing little things for them can make a difference.
All the S.Y.Mers served the youths in washing plates and cups,
preparing chairs for them, and scooping rice for them.
When the youth camp ended, a few of them were still there.
They served us tea while we were busy cleaning up the church.
At that moment, I felt so appreciated with the things we did for them.

As for the S.Y.Mers,
we learned to serve others first
work as one,
as well as
tolerate with each other.
